Mark Sax workshops were founded with the goal of providing a format for the best instructors in the field to share their knowledge with students. The teacher-student ratio is small; each 7-day workshop is limited to 18 participants.

A huge inventory of Southwestern and Mexican products. We supply Southwest-style decor. Hand painted pottery from Mexico and also local artists from the Navajo reservation in New Mexico.

A two-week Master Class in Science Fiction and Fantasy, this "graduate" workshop is designed to bring the professional writer of science fiction and fantasy writing to the next level.

Courses on creativity, field trips to Canyon de Chellly and the Four Corners area for plein air painting and photography, equine sculpture, even the Artist in the Kitchen featuring an appreciation of Frida Kahlo and Georgia O’Keeffe.

Hyperslow Retreat Center is located at the historic San Geronimo Lodge in Taos. Our mission is to offer this one-of-a-kind property to those who lead mindful events, retreats and trainings. We believe in community.

Jacqueline is an artist and papermaker. She uses paper made by hand with flax fiber and kozo (mulberry fiber) to create mixed media sculpture. Her studio is open appointment. Papermaking and Fiber Art Workshops are offered monthly.
