Taos Cultural Institute courses give you two-and-a-half days of in-depth, hands-on exploration of topics that reflect the unique cultural richness of Northern New Mexico.

The Helene Wurlitzer Foundation is one of the oldest artist residence programs in the country. The Foundation keeps a low-profile and serves as a haven for painters, poets, sculptors, writers, playwrights, composers, photographers and film.

Comprising several early 20th-century, adobe-style buildings on 3 acres, this casual hotel is an 11-minute walk from Taos Plaza and 2 miles from the native American shops at Taos Pueblo. Free continental breakfast and afternoon cookies.

Hyperslow Retreat Center is located at the historic San Geronimo Lodge in Taos. Our mission is to offer this one-of-a-kind property to those who lead mindful events, retreats and trainings. We believe in community.

Jacqueline is an artist and papermaker. She uses paper made by hand with flax fiber and kozo (mulberry fiber) to create mixed media sculpture. Her studio is open appointment. Papermaking and Fiber Art Workshops are offered monthly.

Casually elegant 1832 adobe hacienda nestled in a country setting. Scenic country grounds, labyrinth, private patios, space for quiet reflection, on-site orchards, and organic and/or locally-sourced gourmet breakfasts daily.

We are a school of Ancestral, Folk & Herbal Medicine with a storefront supporting local herbalists and medicine makers. We also host onsite events, have body work and spiritual sessions available with practitioners and teachers of various backgrounds.

Patience Heyl offers instruction in Oil, Watercolor, and Figure study. Awarded Taos Fall Festival Best of Show for 2016 and 2017. On going workshops at The Fine Art Atelier.

Well known for his colorful individually-made tableware and pottery, Stephen is also an accomplished watercolorist and acrylic painter. Stephen is starting to teach small groups of 1 to 4 people for one- or two-day workshops.

Vista Verde Retreat is a wonderful place to host your workshop or retreat. Ideal for dance, yoga retreats, Tai Chi, movement, corporate training, art and other types of creative and/or healing workshops.
