This workshop is for professional artists, beginning artists and creative souls. Gwen’s Watercolor, Fine Art Collage and Mixed Media Workshops brim with life, color and camaraderie.

Honoring the memory of impressionist Nicolai Fechin, these workshops attract instructors of both national and international reputation. Workshops are limited to 20 students and advance reservations are required.

The Helene Wurlitzer Foundation is one of the oldest artist residence programs in the country. The Foundation keeps a low-profile and serves as a haven for painters, poets, sculptors, writers, playwrights, composers, photographers and film.

Private photo instruction and full-day/multiple-day photo tours with veteran local photographer and experienced workshop leader Michael DeYoung, an award-winning Adventure Travel & lifestyle photographer with decades of commercial success.

These literary evenings invite writers to read from their recent work, pairing up-and-coming writers with nationally and internationally recognized authors. The eight-week programs take place January/February and July/August of every year.
