Changes from last summer:
With the upgrade of Lift 4 currently taking place, there will be no lift-served mountain biking this summer. We are finalizing plans to allow for uphill biking on the "Green Chile Flow Trail" and then down the blue trail "Rip It" or the black trail "Risky Biscuits".
Scenic Lift Rides will move to Lift 1. Whistlestop will be activated for guests who would like to take the lift up and hike down.
Returning this summer:
The 12 weeks of Taos will return! The Events team is hard at work finalizing the full program schedule but from 6/29 - 9/17, you can expect weekends full of live music, movie screenings, and free yoga. Full details coming soon.
Taos Ski Valley plans on opening mid November of 2023, but of course it all depends on the snow!
Winter sports at Taos Ski Valley are made possible through a unique public-private partnership with the United States Forest Service which manages portions of the federal land utilized for these activities.
