In 2003, I stumbled into Sunstone Yoga, and it changed my life forever. Since practicing for 13 years and teaching for 6 years, I have also fallen in love with yoga on the paddle board. In the time that I started teaching to today, my board has also been my guide in my yoga journey. My hope is to paddle every water I can from lakes to oceans to rivers, they are all different and present different paddle and yoga adventures.
I specialize in yoga, both on and off the board for expert or beginner, indoors or out. But we also offer beginner programs for folks just getting started on the board or with yoga. With over 22,000 students and over 2,000 classes taught in the last 6 years, we will keep you safe and your adrenaline pumping.
