Taos Visitor Center has ample free parking, friendly and helpful staff and the information visitors need to make the most of their stay.

The Taos Visitor Center is located two miles south of the Taos Historic Plaza. The Visitor Center offers an abundance of information on restaurants, lodging, museums, events and so much more. Come into the Visitor Center and enjoy a fair trade cup of Taos Cowboy coffee and immerse yourself into a southwest setting showcasing over 70 local artists and craftsman work as well as local food products. We carry a full line of Taos logo merchandise. Browse through our extensive catalogs and handouts on Taos and the surrounding areas of Northern New Mexico and the Enchanted Circle Region. Let our professional and knowledgeable information specialists guide you through all the sights and sounds that Taos has to offer. Whether it’s arts, culture, history or the magnificent outdoors that Taos has to offer; let us help you plan your itinerary for a memorable and unforgettable experience.

Visit our Taos Pueblo room showcasing Taos’ most popular attraction, the Taos Pueblo – a National Historic Landmark and World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The Taos Pueblo room exhibits examples of Pueblo life “past and present”. Explore our Carson National Forest room with trail maps and information on day hikes, biking, camping or explore the back country.
