Hockey and Skating

If it’s ice you’re looking for, head to the Taos Youth and Family Center for indoor public skating or hockey. Open to the general public, the Center serves thousands of visitors annually. For a few dollars ($3 Adults, $2 Children), you and the kids can get in some recreational blading—skates provided—and mix and mingle with other families from Taos. Helmets and safety equipment rentals available.
Recreation Skates for all ages are held daily; Adult Skates, one-hour, Mondays through Thursdays. “Stick and Puck” rink time is Thursday evenings 7:30-8:30 p.m.. The Taos Youth & Family Center plays host to the Taos Youth Hockey Association and The Taos High School Ice Tigers.
