The Taos area has four ski resorts—Angel Fire, Red River, Sipapu and Taos Ski Valley, which boasts 110 trails in full swing, 50% of them expert, 24% beginner, 25% intermediate. In addition, Enchanted Forest Cross Country Ski Area offers 33km of groomed trails for freestyle skiing and 15km of trails for snowshoers. Mix it up with boarding, tubing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing or indoor skating for a change of pace. Of course, we’ve got plenty of snow play going for youngsters, too.
