Taos Storytelling Festival, October 19-20, 2012 - Don’t you love attending an event that stirs your imagination, evokes deep laughter and perhaps tears? Join us for our Tenth Annual Taos Storytelling Festival at the Taos Center for the Arts. Once again we’re offering an impressive lineup of tellers spinning their weave in concerts, children stories, and beautifully told weird tales.

Winter & Summer Writer Series - These literary evenings invite writers to read from their recent work, pairing up-and-coming writers with nationally and internationally recognized authors. The eight-week programs take place in January/February and July/August of every year. 

Writing Workshops - designed to assist both novice and experienced writers, offering a variety of genres, and addressing both the creative and practical aspects of being a writer.

Youth Programs - Reaching our youth, and learning from them, is a vital part of our work. In addition to our Youth Mentorship Program, which pairs teens with adult mentors in a variety of oral and written literary traditions, we sponsor special events featuring young, dynamic visionaries and leaders.
