Learn to blow glass. Take a creative writing workshop. There are full semester classes offered at the Taos campus of the University of New Mexico. SMU (Southern Methodist University) has a campus in Taos. Mabel Dodge Lujan House offers multi-day workshops throughout the year. Taos Institute of Glass Arts, Taos Art School, and Taos Clay and Wannamaker Pottery also offer day and multiday hands-on classes.
